  • Project management of a multi-million dollar program to support a client with no outsourcing methodology or experience, to transition out safety and regulatory operations to suppliers and sub-suppliers

  • Established and ran a long-term CAPA management program for a major pharma gaining plaudits from the client. She recruited, trained and managed the global team made up of  senior professionals conducting Root Cause Analysis across GxP and  operational SMEs to drive the CAPAs to closure.

  • Designed and implemented clinical trial processes for a Top 10 pharma

  • Supported the establishment of a UK Phase 3b/4 Unit whose processes and resource optimisation gained awards and became the model for other business units

  • Led a global Protocol Improvement initiative with multiple workstreams from design through to implementation
